Deshler has formally acquired MSD Stamping, LLC, a metal stamping company based in Livonia, Michigan. Purchased from the ContMid Group (CMG), owned by Monomoy Capital Partners based in New York, MSD will become a division of Amanda Manufacturing, Deshler’s metalforming affiliate based in Logan, Ohio.
