U-bolts
Amanda Manufacturing U-bolts are U-shaped, screw-threaded fastener bolts for tubing and suspension support. We’ve been making U-bolts since our early days, when we were once known as Amanda Bent Bolt, and our current product line includes U-bolt exhaust clamps for exhaust system tubing.
Process Highlight: THREAD ROLLING
Thread rolling is the process of forming external screw heads through a cold forging process, pressing threads directly into the metal form. Our thread rolling capabilities and machinery include flat die rollers and double end rollers for studs and U-bolts. We produce thread rolled products having diameters up to 1″ (25.4mm). We also offer thread forming, or cut threading, and knurling for our customers.
